Challenging a corporation like Casella in order to stop a landfill construction project is always a lengthy process, and one that incurs extensive costs for experts such as lawyers, engineers, and environmental scientists. NCABC staff are 100% non-paid volunteers.

These donations are confidential and we do not share any contact information with any third party.

Many thanks for your generosity and your endorsement of NCABC.

Non tax-deductible donations fund our fight in Concord to confront the legislative, regulatory and political biases that make NH vulnerable to Casella’s proposed dump. We hire consultants who provide the strategic planning, know-how, influence and networking needed to pass legislation that can deny permits and defeat Casella in Dalton.

Tax-deductible donations are used to hire attorneys and technical specialists who review the minutiae of landfill permit applications, studies and agency meetings. They critique and challenge the documents with the goal of stopping this project. These funds also cover broad education initiatives to empower the public and decision-makers for effective civic action.

If you are making a contribution for tax-deduction purposes, you can do so via our 501c(3) partner Tiny Seed:
